 Tickets are also available to purchase at the event in person.

🌿 ESCAPE FOR A WEEK — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions before purchasing a ticket.

1. The competition
   By purchasing a competition ticket, you agree to these terms and conditions. Each valid ticket gives you one entry into the prize draw.
2. The prize
   One winner will receive a five-night stay at Gorllan, Pembrokeshire, subject to availability and the booking conditions of the accommodation.

The prize includes accommodation only unless otherwise stated. Travel, food, drinks, insurance and other personal expenses are not included.

3. Eligibility
   The competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over, except employees, trustees, organisers and anyone directly involved in running the competition, together with their immediate families, However - volunteers for NPAA/LGP who are not involved with the competition may also enter. 
4. How to enter
   Entries are made by purchasing a valid competition ticket through the official ticketing link or IN PERSON at the International Pigeon Advocacy Conference.

Tickets must be purchased before the closing date to be eligible for the draw.

5. Closing date
   The competition closes at 3pm on Saturday 10th October 2026

Any tickets purchased after the closing time and date will not be included in the draw.

6. Winner selection
   The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries via a raffle ticket style draw ''from a bucket''

The draw will take place on SATURDAY 10TH OCTOBER

7. Contacting the winner
   The winner will be contacted using the details provided when purchasing their ticket.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner may be selected.

8. Booking the prize
   The winner must arrange their stay directly with the competition accommodation provider.

The stay is subject to availability and must be taken before the end of 2027.

Blackout dates may apply if the cottage is already booked.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person or substituted for an alternative prize.

9. Cancellation / changes
   The organiser reserves the right to cancel, amend or extend the competition where circumstances beyond their reasonable control make this necessary.
10. Fundraising
    This competition is being run to raise funds for LITTLE GREEN PIGEON C.I.C.

Ticket proceeds will support the work of Little Green Pigeon and the National Pigeon Advocacy Association in the UK.

11. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or any other social-media platform.
12. Privacy
    Personal information supplied when entering will be used only for administering the competition, contacting the winner and for any other purposes explained in our privacy policy.
13. Full terms
    By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
