Returns, refunds, postage and delivery

It goes without saying that COVID - 19 is having an effect on everybody, particularly on small businesses. 

Our suppliers are AMAZING and have been doing everything they can to prevent delays to us and there fore to you lovely people. At the moment we are running at a 7 day aproximate delivery time for Greetings cards and between 7 - 15 days for t-shirts, tote bags, aprons, sweatshirts and Hoodies.

Thank you for all your lovely comments about our products and their delivery - hopefully normal service will return soon! 


Why do we charge for postage?

Many small businesses add postage costs into the cost of their products. 

As we prefer to be honest about what items actually cost us and then charge a postage which covers our costs for most orders.

Our orders are sent by Royal Mail, if you would like recorded delivery please get in touch with us and we will arrange this for you. 

Cards, Stickers, Badges, wrapping paper are kept in stock here and posted directly to you.

Garments, Posters, Mugs and T-towels are printed at our printing suppliers and are send directly out to you. This is called Print on demand. It means there is no waste and less carbon from less postage travel time. 


We are happy to refund and send replacements for any product which you feel does not meet the right quality. 

We can accept returns of garments which were ordered incorrectly by the customer, providing they are still in new condition and have not been damaged in any way. 

We would however, advise that you check our size guide CAREFULLY BEFORE ordering. The garments are pretty true to size and do have an element of stretch. 

If you realise on delivery that you have ordered the wrong size please email us within 24 hours to alert us of this and arrange return of the goods to us. 

Please note that if the products have been personalised in any way we are unable to return or refund them unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. 


We stock cards on our premises, so most of the time they will be with you within a few days of order. 

GARMENTS (t-shirts, sweaters, hoodies, aprons and tote bags) 

these are printed ON DEMAND and are sent out to you directly from the printing company. There take an average of 7 - 10 days to print before dispatch. Please allow 15 days in full to receive your order. 

You should receive notification when the items leave their premises. 


This of course is a personalised item and we will discuss times with you when you place your order - as we like to get things spot on - you may need items fast - or may prefer to hold off on Printing until things are finalised nearer the time of your wedding - we will work with you on this. 


Please allow at least 3 weeks for this to be created and posted out. For large orders and wedding book sculptures we book in time in our diary for creation, so please talk to us when placing your order for us to schedule you in.
