When you browse our on line store and website, we automatically receive your computer’s (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Ordering Stationery and personal information consent
When you purchase a product from our on line store, we collect the personal information you provide: your name, address and email address.
By placing an order you are consenting to be contacted via email to provide digital proofs (for personalised items such a s wedding stationery) and to request further information e.g. personalised text. When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, you consent to the collection and use of this information for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for another reason, such as marketing, we will ask you directly for your consent or allow you to opt out.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. For transaction security please refer to the Payment section.
We will only disclose your personal information if we are required to by law.
Our website is created and hosted by 123registration.com. The checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption and it is safe for customers to purchase from our site .

Little Green Pigeon uses 'Paypal' or 'Shopify Payments' for all transactions.
For some items such as personalised wedding or event stationery, we will issue invoices directly to you by pre arrangement. We will provide bank details to allow you to transfer payment directly from a source of your choosing to the Little Green Pigeon bank account. We will provide a full invoice receipt for this.
Third Party services
We do not share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes. Our third-party providers will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. (for example - our printing company when printing your stationery)
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers. In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

The order and contract
Every order placed with Little Green Pigeon ('Susan Joyce' 'we', our or 'us') is subject to the terms and conditions laid out here at the time you place that order. We reserve the right to change and amend these terms and conditions at anytime. Changes will come into effect when we post them on www.littlegreenpigeon (“the website”). You should read the terms and conditions whenever you use the website, and your continued use of the website signifies that you accept them. If there is anything you do not understand please contact us before you place an order. The applicable terms and conditions will be those posted on the website at the time your order is placed. Any amendments to these terms and conditions must be agreed in writing.
By ordering from this website you are entering into a binding contract with Little Green Pigeon.
By ordering from this website you are indicating that you agree our terms and conditions and you will need to tick the box on checkout after reading these statements.
Postage and delivery times.
Timescales for the completion of our products will always be estimated to the best of our ability. Whilst we always do our best to meet deadlines there are rare occasions where circumstances beyond our control may prevent this and so deadlines cannot be guaranteed. We will always keep you informed if there is a problem.
Little Green Pigeon cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier in UK or international orders.
Delivery (or 'shipping') All items will be shipped via recorded delivery (either via Royal Mail or a courier) and a signature may be required upon receipt of your order. Any customs fees or import tax incurred during shipping are your responsibility and must be paid by you.Little Green Pigeon is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Copyright, Intellectual property and ownership of products.
When you have paid for and received your personalised products, you will become the owner of the physically produced product, However, the actual artwork remains to property of Little Green Pigeon. Ownership and copyright of this artwork will always belong to Little Green Pigeon. Once the products have been delivered and signed for you must take full responsibility for its care and Little Green Pigeon will not be responsible for any subsequent damage or loss to these products. If you require replacements of these products you will be charged full price.
You must not reproduce, share or otherwise use designs created for you for any other purpose than outlined in your initial order. If you are interested in obtaining the rights to any of our work please contact us.
Little Green Pigeon reserves the right to use designs created for individual clients as part of our personalised range in the future as advertised on the website. Personal details would be obscured and no reference would be made to you (the customer) unless agreed in writing.
Little Green Pigeon reserves the right to use photographs and images of products created for individual clients as part of our social media campaign and in magazine advertising. Personal details would be obscured and no reference would be made to you (the customer) unless agreed in writing.
Wedding Stationery: We may use a fully bespoke design which was created for you to promote our services after the date of your wedding but the exact design will never be replicated for another customer.
Cancellations and refunds, Limitation of liability.
All of the products from Little Green Pigeon which are personalised and made to order, cannot be returned unless they are faulty on arrival with you.
If a product arrives which is damaged or faulty please contact us within 10 days of receiving it and we will discuss how best to put the situation right.
Please note we can accept no liability for damaged or faulty goods if you do not notify us of the problem within 10 days of receipt.
Little Green Pigeon cannot be held responsible for any damages, loss or costs whether direct or indirect, no matter how they occur (including loss of business or damage to business relationships) and whether based on contract or tort resulting from any of the following: inaccuracies or errors of content on the website; transmission of viruses, bugs, or similar, which may be spread to or through the website by a third party; the unauthorised access to or use of our system and/or any and all personal data stored on it; and any down time on our website.
In the event that any part of these terms and conditions is deemed unenforceable (including any clause in which we exclude our liability to you) this will not affect the enforceability of any other part of these terms. According to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 this contract does not give any person who is not a party to it any right to enforce its terms.
This contract is governed by British law and is subject only to the jurisdiction of the British courts.
TEXT and personalisation of our artwork. (for personalised products such as wedding stationery)
You must supply the text for your stationery in a valid digital file. You are responsible for ensuring all the details, spelling and grammar are correct. Work on your order will not commence until we have all of your text. We will supply samples only with 'dummy' text - we do not provide personalised samples. We provide only digital samples and PDFS with personalised text as part of our standard service - you may purchase a full colour printed sample by request at a charge to you of £25.
Pre designed stationery - You will have the opportunity to make two amendments free of charge during the personalisation process. After this amendments will be charged at £10 each time we open your file and resend a new PDF proof.
Fully bespoke stationery - You can make amendments to your designs as many time as you wish before going to print - however - please be aware that we work to time schedules on ALL of our orders and we may be delayed on printing of you make changes with large periods of time in between.
All changes to the design and to text and personalisation on any order must be made before the design goes to print, no further amendments can be made after this point. If further personalisation is required at this point you are required to pay in full for a full reprint should this be needed.
PDF (Electronic )proofs are included as part of the agreed price and will be sent by email unless otherwise agreed. You will be required to check these proofs carefully and make us aware of any amendments that are required. Once the final proof has been signed off and the artwork has been sent to print no further amendments can be made. You are responsible for ensuring that all details included within any stationery are correct before going to print.
If further changes of any sort are required at this point you will be required to pay in full for a full reprint should this be needed. Of course, if we are able to stop the print with our professional printers we will do - however, if we incur any costs from them we will pass them on to you.
To conclude; Little Green Pigeon is not responsible for the cost of reprinting if errors (such as spelling mistakes) are discovered after any design has gone to print.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by your failure to check and sign off proofs or supply details within a reasonable time frame agreed between us. We are not responsible for any fees incurred by delays caused by your failure to respond on time. Proof confirmation time is 3 working days to prevent delays to your order.
Colours and pantones.
Please be aware that colours can vary between computer screens when viewing digital proofs. Therefore the PDF proofs we provide are for you to check the text only. full colour, digitally printed proofs are available at a cost of £25 each.
We are happy to use pantone numbers as reference when designing your stationery. Please advise us at the beginning of any process if you wish us to use a very specific colour in our design for you.
Your right to cancel: Personalised and non personalised orders.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order in the first 14 days after your order you will be offered an alternative product or a full refund.
If you wish to cancel your order during the design process and before the artwork has gone to print you will be entitled to a 50% refund for your order. Once your order is sent to print the sale becomes final. All sales of personalised stationery are final except where a product is found to be damaged or faulty. If this is the case you must notify us with 10 days of the receipt of the products. See 'refunds' for more details.
If a Deposit Payment for items is required, it must be made by electronic bank transfer before your design is initiated and we can begin working on your bespoke stationery. When the design work is complete and you agree to purchase products from us you will be sent a further invoice outlining the full cost of the order via email. Once payment is received your order will be sent to print and no further amends can be made beyond this point. By making payment you are entering into a binding contract with Little Green Pigeon and agreeing to our terms and conditions.
