Each ticket includes food, refreshments, and accommodation for the full event.
Accommodation
All accommodation is provided on site and is shared dormitory-style, spread across two buildings. There are also three safari-style glamping tents available, Beds and rooms will be allocated as they are booked, please select below whether you would prefer a bed in a shared dorm room in the building or a bed in a shared glamping tent. (all beds are bunk beds)

Wales can be very wet and cold — please come prepared!
We’re also just a 7-minute drive from the beach, which on a calm day is perfect for sea swimming. If that’s your thing, bring your swimwear and a towel or swim robe. Sea swimming isn’t a scheduled group activity, but Sue and Jenn do enjoy a dip — you’re very welcome to join them if you’d like.
Parking
There are 20 parking spaces available at the venue.
Please register for a parking space when booking your ticket.
Car sharing is strongly encouraged. If you’re open to sharing a lift, let us know and we’ll happily help connect you with others travelling from your area.
Group Bookings
All accommodation consists of single bunk beds across several dorm rooms.
If you’re attending with friends and would like to be placed in the same room, please let us know and we’ll do our very best to accommodate this. While we can’t guarantee it, we will always try.
Children
All dorm rooms are mixed adults and children. Parents will always be placed in the same room as their child, but please be aware that other attendees will also be sharing the space.
There are no specific children’s activities and no childcare facilities. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
